Chapter 1:

This book invites you on a journey within, a voyage rooted in the wisdom and scientific knowledge transmitted by ancient peoples—those who lived before the dawn of so-called civilization and organized religion, before truth became a tool for subjugation by a caste with a mentality of subjugation.

The words of the ancients still echo in certain cultures, reaching us through oral traditions and symbolic carvings on numerous artifacts.

This book seeks to cleanse their teachings, stripping away the lies that have become intertwined with them over time. Contrary to popular belief, these traditions are of a scientific nature, based on long and meticulous observations (they had the time).

The message of these ancient peoples speaks of science and evidence, easily reproducible. Their natural experiments are accessible to all, even the most erudite (though often, they are the least open due to conditioning and indoctrination).

Once you have practiced these experiments, the veil lifts, revealing the beauty of this universal message. Each revelation, step by step, uncovers the whole. You will then be surprised to find this truth in everyday practices, in exchanged words, in gestures and contemplation. Unfortunately, you will also find it in lies, in twisted words, and in hatred and contempt.

Nothing can obstruct the light offered by this ancient science. Nothing is more pleasant than the joy procured by the assurance of knowing and recognizing the link.

The message is simple; it proposes an explanation of the world that is accessible and natural, like the raw truth itself. These ancient peoples were in contact with the world, in the manner of children. They understood the world as it is, without judgment, without wanting to impose their vision. They lived the world and their interiority with candor.

These men and women of old were in no way superior or different from us. They were, in every way, identical to what we are today, which is why we can all understand their message.

Their vision is based on scientific experiences and observations, made by peoples in contact with nature. We know today that humans have understood for nearly one hundred thousand years that the world moves according to cycles and transforms according to simple rules.

So many years of observation have, of course, allowed man to understand the world, but above all to love it. They developed a mode of transmission of their science adapted to life in the fullness of nature. This transmission is made up of experiences followed by contemplation, interiorization, and games.

This book offers you a tour of these precepts. The first of this aphorism is the concept of breath. It suggests seeing life as a breath that spreads.

A breath that runs through each being for the duration of a life. It is what inspires, what gives life; it is also the link between beings. Sometimes, it is named soul, that which animates bodies. Breath symbolizes the invisible in motion, creator, and generous.

For the ancients, breath is what animates us; it is life. Universally widespread, it is present in everything. Breath, today named the soul, is the smallest common multiple of bodies. Life is in everything and everywhere. It is the soul that animates all, from the ant to the universe.

The first experience proposed is to look at the world as if we were a soul before being a body. To feel our life not as a prisoner of the body but rather as that which directs and builds it. To feel it physically larger than the body, as if it encompassed it.

This seems simple, and indeed it is. The soul awakens bodies, setting them in motion according to its chosen directions. The soul is life within us. Bodies are hollow without breath. It mends them, guides them, and loves them as much as it can.
