Return Policy
At Give a Book, each book is printed on demand specifically for you. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and avoid wasting resources. Due to this customized production method, we only accept returns in specific cases.
Returns accepted: defective or damaged items
We always strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a book with any of the following issues:
- Book damaged during shipping
- Printing errors (missing pages, wrong cover, ink defects, etc.)
- Item not matching your order
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
After review, we will offer you a free reprint and reshipment, or a refund if reprinting is not possible.
Returns not accepted
Since each book is custom-made upon order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Customer errors (wrong book, format, etc.)
- Any other reason not related to a proven product defect
We recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming it.
